Locations include Chicago, Boston, Dallas, San Francisco, New York and Seattle, among other cities. In its initial run, the Paramount film grossed $27 million. Streep, who will receive the Cecil B. Demille Award at the 2017 Golden Globes, received some awards buzz for her portrayal of the real life heiress who was determined to give a concert at Carnegie Hall despite her subpar vocal skills. The film will be released on DVD on Dec. 13.
