This has been another busy year for Meryl, promoting both “A Prairie Home Companion” and “The Devil Wears Prada” in the US and overseas, including the Venice, Deauville and Berlin Film Festival. She also returned to the stage with “Mother Courage” and presented the Lifetime Achievement Academy Award to Robert Altman.
